1977 Porsche 911 Bischoff Muffler, Dated 10/76, 2.7 - with US Emissions Fitting

A genuine factory muffler for a correct-period 911 restoration.

This is an original Bischoff muffler (Bischoff was the factory muffler supplier for Porsche), date-stamped 10/76. That makes it period-correct for a G-series 911 and a good fit for 1975-1977 cars. The original markings are clear and legible:

• BISCHOFF 911.025.02 / 1076
• 911/3 (with triangle mark)

It has the extra take-off pipe with a union nut used on US emissions cars, a detail most reproduction mufflers leave out. If you're building a correct US-spec car, this is the piece to have.
